Troubleshooting

When a runtime error occurs, the ring light flashes in red quickly and a voice prompt is given. Use the table below to eliminate the fault.

Error 1: Please toggle the laser head and check that there is no blockage or jamming.

Solution: The LDS is blocked or stuck with foreign matter. Please remove the blockage or foreign matter. Otherwise, move the machine to a new location and start it.

Error 2: Please clean and lightly tap the bumper.

Solution: The bumper is stuck. Please lightly and repeatedly tap the bumper to remove any foreign matter. If no foreign matter is found, please move the machine to a new location and start it.

Error 3: Please move the machine to a new location and start it.

Solution: The wheel is suspended. Please move the machine to a new location and start it.

Error 4: Please wipe the cliff sensor, keep the machine away from an overhang and then start it.

Solution: The machine is suspended. Please move the machine to a new location and start it. This problem may also be caused when the cliff sensor is too dirty. Please wipe the cliff sensor.

Error 5: Please remove the main brush to clean the brush and bearing.

Solution: The main brush may be entangled with foreign matter. Please remove the main brush and its bearing for cleaning.

Error 6: Please remove and clean the side brush.

Solution: The side brush may be entangled with foreign matter. Please remove and clean it.

Error 7: Please check whether any foreign matter is present in the main wheel and move it to a new location and then start it.

Solution: The main wheel may be entangled with foreign matter. Please remove it and restart the machine.

Error 8: Please clear obstacles around the machine.

Solution: The machine may get stuck or caught on objects. Please clear obstacles around the machine.

Error 9: Please reinstall the dust bin and filter.

Solution: Please reinstall the dust bin and filter and check that they are installed in place. If the problem persists, please try replacing the filter.

Error 10: Please make sure that the filter is dried or clean the filter.

Solution: The filter is not completely dry. Please dry it for at least 24 hours; the filter may be blocked. Please clean it. If the problem persists, please replace the filter.

Error 11: A high-intensity magnetic field is detected. Please keep far away from the barrier tape before restarting.

Solution: The machine is too close to the barrier tape when starting up. Please move it to a new location and start it.

Error 12: The battery is too low. Please recharge it.

Solution: Low battery. Please charge it before use.

Error 13: Charging error. Please try cleaning the charging contact area.

Solution: Please use a dry cloth to wipe the charging contact of the machine and the charging tab of the dock charger.

Error 14: Battery error.

Solution: The battery temperature is too high or too low. Please wait until the battery temperature is normal before use.

Error 15: Please wipe the wall sensor.

Solution: The wall sensor is covered with dust. Please wipe the dust off the wall sensor.

Error 16: Place and start the machine on a level floor.

Solution: The machine is inclined when starting up. Please place the machine on a level floor and start it again.

Error 17: Side brush module error. Please try resetting the system.

Solution: A malfunction has occurred with the side brush module. Please try resetting the system.

Error 18: Vacuum cleaner fan error. Please try resetting the system.

Solution: A malfunction has occurred with the vacuum cleaner fan. Please try resetting the system.

Error 19: The dock charger is not plugged in. Please confirm the power cable is properly plugged in.

Solution: The power cable of the dock charger may not be properly connected. Please connect the power cable in place and then try to recharge again.

Error 24: A no-go zone or barrier tape is detected. Please move the machine away.

Solution: Please move the machine away from the software no-go zone or barrier tape and restart the machine.

Internal error. Please try resetting the system.

Solution: Malfunction due to an internal error. Please try resetting the system.

Note: Resetting the system may solve some problems.
